Make your first session even more efficient
No prior knowledge needed. If you like, you can prepare a few things. Anything you don’t get to, we will do together.
- Update your computer.
Mac
macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later. Best: Apple chip (M1 or later) with macOS 15 or later. Macs from 2017 or earlier are usually not suitable.
Check: Apple menu → About This Mac.Windows
Windows 11 (or Windows 10 version 2004+), 64-bit, administrator rights, virtualisation enabled. 16 GB RAM recommended.
Check: Settings → System → About. - Optionally install the Claude desktop app (with Cowork) and/or ChatGPT (with Codex). Cowork needs a paid plan, e.g. Claude Pro at about $20/month. For company data we recommend Claude Team or ChatGPT Business.
- Have your access ready: make sure your logins are available in your password manager – every mailbox the AI should handle (address and provider or server), your Apple ID / Google / Microsoft account, cloud storage, company server or VPN. Please never send us passwords; you always enter passwords and verification codes yourself during the session.
- Phone at hand for two-factor codes.
- Think about folders and examples: two or three typical emails or a mailing you send regularly.
