We are building an international team that sets up AI workspaces for busy managers and business owners, online and in English. We especially welcome applications from India, the Philippines and other English-speaking countries.

Get to know us, receive guides and invitations to training and shadowing sessions. No obligation and no client sessions yet.
Active Navigator
Once you meet the requirements below and have done a short trial session, you take paid client sessions – flexible, no minimum hours.
Pay
A fixed amount per session as a share of the consulting fee, paid against your invoice. We tell you the exact range in the first call – before you commit to anything.
Ways to join
Online Navigator (consultant)
Run remote sessions with clients worldwide on a freelance basis. You invoice us and receive a fixed amount per session.
Regional partner
Build Desk Navigator in your city or country. We provide the brand, website, booking and proven templates.

What you bring
The bar is deliberately low. All you need:
- English or German
- Basic computer skills: Mac or Windows, files, mailboxes, installing software
- Confident use of at least two AI tools, e.g. Claude Cowork and ChatGPT Codex – or in-depth knowledge of one
- A friendly, patient way with clients
